As you may have heard
A-1 Concrete Leveling Western New York Division is “Helping to Raise Buffalo to
Higher Ground” by raising concrete that has settled over the years back to
original position. There is no better
salesperson than a satisfied customer and, therefore, reference the post below
from a project A-1 Concrete Leveling Buffalo completed this month in East
Amherst, New York.
Included is the
standard “Before and After” photos so you can judge for yourself whether the
kind words from the email are merited.
The patio slab and steps leading into the house had settled 4”-5” over
the patio’s 25 year life and had a 13” step into the house.
After concrete leveling the steps were a
standard 7” step into the house. Which means that we "turned a leap into a step"........... That's called "the look-back"
The series of emails below is why there is no better salesperson than a satisfied customer... and "Before and After" pictures don't hurt either.
A-1 Concrete Leveling would like to extend a big thanks to Jim for being a great customer and a pretty great guy generally.

Jim & Susan,
Hello. I hope you had a good
weekend! I’m glad to hear that you decided to schedule your project; I’m
sure you’ll be pleased with the results. We have an opening this Friday
(10/19) between 9am-10am if that works for your schedule. You can sign a copy
of the estimate form and either mail a copy to P.O. Box 806, Tonawanda,
NY 14151 or leave a copy for the crew when they arrive; whatever is
easiest for you.
If you can let me know if Friday
works for you or if not another date that may work on your end. Thanks
again for taking the time and energy to contact A-1 Concrete Leveling.
Take care,
Peter Easton
